It is our aim to be an extension of your conveyancing department and handle all the administration of searches required by your company, therefore taking all the hassle out of your office and putting it into ours.

The directors of Pali have been in the search industry for many years, all of our staff are fully trained and highly competent in carrying out the wide variety of requests in the conveyancing world. In addition to this all Local Authority Searches come with the official LLc1 stamped by the council and we carry £2 million of indemnity insurance to give you further piece of mind that our searches are fully protected. Because of this our searches are accepted by all lenders.

With the recent introduction of Home Information Packs (HIP's) we can use our experience to help you produce these packs for your customers.

You can order all your search requests very simply by fax e-mail or post and have the results returned to you in the same way or any combination, the choice is yours.

Our searches are usually returned within five working days. However if the information is required on a more urgent basis you can use our ‘Fastrak’ service and we will do our very best to speed up the process as much as possible. This service can also be used after the search has been commissioned in case time becomes more of a factor.
